The Old Dairy Health Centre provides the highest quality healthcare to patients in the West Dulwich and West Norwood areas.
Our clinical team is comprised of 3 GP partners, 2 assistant GPs, a pharmacist, 3 nurses and a care coordinator.
Our admin team is comprised of a practice manager, a management team (3 x managers), an administrator, a medical records officer, a medical records summariser, a scanner and 5 receptionists.
We also have a social prescriber and a health and wellbeing practitioner.
Our doctors, nurses and all our staff are dedicated to offering a friendly and professional service.
Our building is a purpose-built building and all clinical rooms, reception area and patient toilets (including wheelchair access and baby changing facilities) are on the ground floor level.
We now have 2 disabled parking bays at the front of the surgery as well as a doctor’s parking space.
